Status pages

How to read a Mars Market status page properly

A status page condenses a lot of information into a few labels. Reading it in the right order avoids misunderstandings.

Start with the timestamp

A status label is only meaningful with the time it was last updated. An old 'operational' label tells you little about now.

Read incident notes

Incident entries explain what happened and when it was resolved. They provide context that a single label cannot.

Look at the history

A history of past incidents shows whether problems are rare or frequent.

Separate status from address claims

A Mars Market status page reports availability; it does not by itself confirm that an address you received elsewhere is genuine.
